      <abstract>
        <p>Digital transformation in village administration requires leadership support, employee capabilities, and effective knowledge exchange. This study examines a structural model linking digital leadership and digital competence with innovative work behavior through digital knowledge sharing. The research framework specifies a census of 186 village officials across 13 villages in Hamparan Rawang District, Sungai Penuh City, Indonesia. The analyzed dataset contains 16 indicators measured on a five-point Likert scale and was assessed using covariance-based structural equation modeling in AMOS. Digital leadership and digital competence were positively associated with digital knowledge sharing, with standardized coefficients of 0,448 and 0,343, respectively. Digital knowledge sharing had the largest direct standardized association with innovative work behavior (β = 0,477, p &amp;lt; 0,001). Digital competence (β = 0,228, p = 0,002) and digital leadership (β = 0,210, p = 0,007) also retained significant direct relationships with innovative work behavior.  The model highlights the relevance of considering leadership, individual capabilities, and knowledge exchange together when examining innovative behavior.</p>
